I've praised orange most of the time for being really helpful. But when it comes to your service plan, you need to be clued up and do your research. For example: You have to check what new customers are getting for their money. If they try to say they can't do something. You have to ask them what they can do. They might try to fob you off with saying that your offer was only for so many months. You have to say that they didn't inform you that in the 1st place, which 100% of the time us true. They are helpful in sometimes, but stand your ground and make sue sure your clued up on everything on the market. Careful though. I’ve praised orange most of the time for being really helpful.
