Steam Jam Sponge Pudding Steam Jam Sponge Pudding Steam Jam Sponge Pudding

This isn’t just sponge pudding. This is Delia’s artery-popping, sugar-filled Steamed Treacle Sponge Pudding.

Made with 175g of butter, 175g of sugar and 3 large eggs. I’m not sure if its healthy to eat all of this in a 5 hour period. But I’m still alive to type this post. Recipe here. (I used my Dad’s homemade blackcurrent jam instead of syrup - its my healthy version.)

    I should have used a 2ltr mould as well, thats why mine is fatter.
