Yeah, but you can get a view of the sea all along the coast. Next to the sea is the best place to put it.

I love the building but I don’t think that it is the right site for it. Why put such a tall building so close to the sea? There goes our view!

Julian, those houses north of the seafront road have had that view for years. Surely its time they gave it to the younger, more affluent people to enjoy.

Anyway, can’t be any worse than the current eyesore.

These buildings will put Brighton on the map. They are not to everyone’s tastes (though they are mine) but they’re exciting, different and suited to Brighton’s reasonably new bohemian culture.
